POWER YOGA

Power Yoga is a more advanced flowing sequence of postures and poses. Breathing techniques move participants rapidly from one pose to another. Classes focus on body weight bearing exercises, torso stability, and decrease stress while increasing awareness. All levels welcome!

SPIN EXPRESS

Short on time or just want to get a quick sweat going before you hit the weights? Then this 30-min cardio blast is just for you.  See consistent results while burning a high amount of calories and improving cardiovascular endurance in this non-impact class. Whether you're a beginner or avid cyclist this class is for you - it's modified for all levels!

SPIN

Improve cardiovascular endurance in this non-impact class. Rides include intervals, strength, split rides, race day, combo & variety. Come and enjoy the interaction, driving energy and beats from fantastic music and get one of the best cardio workouts you can do in a group exercise setting!

HIIT MAX

A combination of cardio and strength, this HIIT and Tabata circuit-style class is sure to provide some of the toughest workouts you’ll ever love. Tabatas take traditional HIIT (high intensity interval training) to the next level with shorter rest periods - maximizing results in an even shorter time!

BARRE FUSION

Barre Fusion is an intense cardio workout that incorporates a fusion of ballet inspired movements and Pilates. This workout is designed to increase your cardiovascular strength while helping you to tone, sculpt, and lengthen your muscles from head to toe.

VINYASA FLOW YOGA

Vinyasa style yoga focuses on specific areas while toning the system as a whole giving special attention to alignment and taking care of oneself. Deep breathing and abdominal exercises work to fortify the core, helping each person get in touch with their center and provide stability in postures. Expect a great workout that will strengthen, lengthen, and stretch the muscles of the body while calming the mind.

SPIN & SCULPT

This low impact, high energy cycling class is designed to improve strength, endurance and performance. The workout will take you through sprints, hills and intervals to improve overall fitness. It will also include some strength training for 1 or 2 songs.

GENTLE FLUID FLOW YOGA

A mid day yoga practice using fluid movement, fun music and mindfulness to recharge you while opening your body and mind. This 45 minute class is great for all levels of participants who want to slow things down, focus on alignment, breath and the foundational tools of a fluid yoga practice.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING

Get ready to smile and sweat with this full-body workout that targets all the major muscle groups. Each week will feature a different format that will shape and tone your body from head to toe that is designed to challenge you while increasing strength, decrease body fat and improve overall conditioning. Appropriate for all levels.

DEEP STRETCH YOGA

 A stretching class that targets primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, hamstrings and upper back. Living in a forward-facing, seated world, these areas tend to be tight for everyone. Tight muscles can cause imbalance and pull the body out of alignment. Most poses are done on the floor and held for 1-2 minutes; focusing on breath and giving the body time to fully relax and open.. All levels welcome.

 BOOTCAMP

A circuit session includes both strength and aerobic activities, making it a popular choice for an array of individuals, those short on time and in need of versatility. Circuit training exercises are done with little resting time between sets while targeting multiple muscle groups. Fitness equipment can heighten this workout such as kettle bells, bands, free weights, and medicine balls.
